Sacha Laurin, Head Cheesemaker from Winters Cheese Company has teamed up with Great Bear Vineyards to teach this fun, interactive burrata making class which she will pair with our wines!
Join us for an informal and fun hands-on class where Sacha will expertly guide you in making your own burrata as well as demonstrate the process.
On arrival, you will be welcomed with a pouring of white wine as you gather around the table to watch and learn the step by step process to producing your cheese. Handouts will be available. This will be followed by a cheese pairing with artisanal bread and two more wine pourings where you will learn about 3 very different cheeses.
The group will then break into groups of 4 for you to create your own burrata!
Numbers will be limited to 12-16 participants.
