Based on the huge success of the first Cheese & Wine Pairing Evening in August, Sacha Laurin, Head Cheesemaker from Winters Cheese Company has again teamed up with Great Bear Vineyards for this fun event, in which she will pair 5 of our wines with 5 local and European cheeses!

On arrival, you will be welcomed with a glass of wine as everyone gathers together at 6pm. Shortly after, we will be offering you 5 unique cheeses that have been selected for their ability to complement and enhance our Great Bear Vineyards wines. You will learn a little fun cheese science, some valuable tips and pairing principles for your own wine and cheese enjoyment at home, and experience first hand the interplay between wine and cheese that makes them such iconic partners in culinary art.

After the formal tasting, the group will enjoy a little more cheese, fruit, wine and conversation, before we wrap up at 7.30pm.

Cost $45 per person ($40 for Wine Club Members). The last event sold out, so we recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.
